Objective
The TRANSfer project aims to support decision-makers in developing countries to develop climate change strategies in the transport sector to be registered as Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs).

- Identification of the need for international support (in terms of technology, capacity-building and financing)
- Establishment of procedures for measuring, reporting and verification (MRV)
- Networking and dissemination of the lessons learned
